Welcome to our Salesforce Training and Help Resources.

This is a shared respository for all things YFC Salesforce Nonprofit Starter Pack (NPSP) including customized YFC training videos and documentation. The pages will be regularly updated as new content is available. Additional (non-customized) training and support is available within your Salesforce instance under the "Help & Training" link (top right of your page, login required).

Important Note About Training Videos

If your video playback isn’t smooth as margarine, here are some things you can try:

• Try letting the video buffer before you view it.
• Close other browser tabs and windows. This can make a huge difference!
• Make sure you have either the latest version of Flash running on your computer, or use a browser with native HTML5 support.
• Switch to another browser to see if that helps.
• Click on the "HD" (bottom right) to sharpen a blurry screen.
